Woody is a seasoned lending and mortgage banking professional with over 30 years of experience in residential, commercial, and private funds. A graduate of the University of South Carolina with majors in Marketing and Management, Woody has also held leadership roles, including coaching at the University of Florida, President of The Center of Industry and Technology, and CFO for Total Industrial Plant Services. He specializes in personalized loan solutions for first-time homebuyers, self-employed individuals, and real estate investors. At Success Lending, Woody is known for his commitment to providing exceptional service, with most of his business coming from referrals by clients and industry professionals.
