Hello, my name is Sunita Rajmalani and I have been in the mortgage industry for the past 17 years. I am located in Dallas - Fort Worth, Texas but I have my license in 3 other states as well. As a mortgage loan officer, my favorite part of the job is getting to work with homebuyers and witnessing their excitement on closing day as they finally have the keys in their hand. Being able to do that for my clients makes everything I've done worth it. I make a point when working with clients to be dedicated and diligent and to utilize all my knowledge and skills to help them reach their goals. My specialties are Non-QM, Jumbo, FHA, Conventional, VA, and USDA loans and I'll work with people who are in the most difficult situations. I've been able to get a borrower qualified when other lenders couldn't and I feel confident that I can help you get that dream home you've been hoping for.

As a mortgage loan officer and as a home owner, I understand the importance of having somewhere to call your own. Home is a place where families gather, where you make memories with your loved ones, and where you are the most comfortable. I love that I can be a part of the journey to experiencing all of those wonderful things. If I can help get people to that point, I know that everything I've been doing in my career has been well worth it.

A little into me out of the office, I am an Ambassador with Little Elm Chamber of Commerce. As an ambassador, I am the first person that new members meet. I volunteer through this organization to help promote my Chamber's business community and I help support chamber functions. I take great pride in my role as I get to be an active member within this community and help new members to feel welcomed and get them involved in all that we do.
