Hello, I'm Sonja Deming and I am a SUCCESS Loan Officer! Having a solid lending background, I made the move into the mortgage industry to serve Northern California. VA loans are important to me, as I understand the complexities of being in the military due to my husband being a Coast Guard Veteran and other family members. I am happy to be able to assist other military and veterans in their homebuying journeys. When working with my clients, I like to get to know them so that I can best assist them in getting them on the path towards their dream home. It's important to me to go the extra step so my borrowers will have a great and stress-free experience. In every deal, I strive to be as informative as possible and love answering any and all questions that a client sends my way.

Out of the office, I have many hobbies. I love crafts, gardening, family activities and perhaps not a hobby but I also have a new granddaughter that I love dearly. When I'm not gardening or crafting, I enjoy volunteering in the community. Volunteering is something I am very passionate about and I feel grateful that I can participate in such things. Prior to my change to mortgage lending, I was many things. I was a homeschool mom for my kids, I worked in bank lending, and as now, I volunteered. In everything I do, I know I am doing the right thing as long as I know that what I'm doing makes a difference in somebody's life. How can I help make a difference in yours?
