I'm Sharnique "Sharr " Williams, born and raised in the heart of South Carolina, where I developed a deep passion for helping families and individuals create homes filled with love, support, and comfort. This passion led me to become a trusted real estate agent, and I'm dedicated to guiding my clients on their journey to finding their dream homes. My career began as a leasing, property manager, where I managed, high-rise apartments, condos, and lease ups. I worked primarily with first time renters, and there was nothing more rewarding than witnessing the joy on their faces when they were approved. However, I knew I could make an even bigger impact. So, I decided to obtain my real estate license in Atlanta, GA where I could help families experience the profound happiness of settling into their own homes. Driven by my determination, I made the decision to relocate to California, where I became a licensed realtor with Stigler Homes and Mortgage. I didn't stop there. I earned my mortgage lender license and became VA certified as a military relocation professional (MRP). To further serve my clients, I founded my own property management company, B Heritage LLC. In addition to my real estate expertise, I'm also the author of the book " First time homebuyers for Californians, An easy guide to your path to first time home buying". This resource is designed to inspire future homeowners by providing invaluable insights into selecting the right loan and purchase program.
