Hello, I'm Robert and I have been in the industry for 18 years, and I am one of the few licensed mortgage loan officer's in the country that has actually been an underwriter. I know exactly what to do, and how we need to structure things, and what we'll need from you to make it a smooth process. I am located in Florida but have licenses in AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, MN, NM, TN, and TX. I specialize in mortgages for self employed clients (P&L or Bank Statement program - No tax returns), real estate investors (DSCR - No lease agreements, and no tax returns), ITIN (No social security number, no problem), non-warrantable condo financing, and first time homebuyers. I truly enjoy connecting with my clients, and helping them learn all about the home process and which options are available. Purchasing a home is one of the most important financial decisions in a persons lifetime, and I treat each client like they are family.

When I have time out of the office, I enjoy anything outdoors, especially going to the beach, or to the mountains. Surfing, sailing, bowling, and poker tournaments. I recently finished in 27th place in the Best Bet $100,000 guaranteed poker tournament out of 950. In addition, I also volunteer at the local soup kitchen on weekends.
