Hey everyone! My name is Phillip Greene and I have been in the mortgage industry for five years. I got my start at 21 years old and I have enjoyed every moment so far. As a mortgage loan officer, I take pride in what I do and I love that my job allows me to help homebuyers to navigate one of the biggest purchases of their lives especially when it comes to first-time homebuyers, which is an area I specialize in. I know what purchasing that first home means to people and that home signifies a place of memories as well as a place to rest their head after a long day. However, I'd be remise if I didn't add that I wouldn't have been able to do any of what I've done in my career thus far without the support of my mother. She drew me into this job as she has been originating for 25+ years and it's been an amazing way to give back to my community in Chattanooga, TN by helping my customers finance affordable homes.

When I'm outside of the office, I like to spend time playing soccer and playing video games with friends as well as hiking/camping during the warmer months. However, another maybe less active passion of mine is college football, specifically the FSU Seminoles. I lived most of my life in Florida where I also attended college at FSU and graduated with a B.S. in Economics back in 2017. I lived there until I moved to Chattanooga in late 2021 but I'll always have a love for Florida. In my few years in this industry, I have been able to purchase my first home at 21 and second home at 25, I have been able to help over 15 of my personal friends buy homes in early 20s and I've even helped a client reduce their monthly debt obligations by $2073/m through a cashout refinance.
