Shelly is a veteran in the Real Estate and Mortgage business with over 20 years experience as a Senior Hedge Accountant, Director of Secondary Marketing, and a Consultant supporting the financial management of several Mortgage Banks and Real Estate Brokerages. With her extensive expertise, she has helped individuals and organizations accurately determine their financial condition. Her focus on operational efficiency and her expertise in financial management explains why her clients consider her input essential to their operation. Shelly holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the California State University - San Marcos. She is a licensed Realtor® and Mortgage Loan Officer NMLS #2156280 in Texas and Tennessee. Having received her B.S. degree in Accounting in 1997, Shelly has offered her over 20 years of expertise in Mortgage Banking to help clients create and maintain a family budget and develop a plan to become a homeowner. She has completed courses in Multi-Family Underwriting and offers presentations at local public forums.
