Hello, I'm Loukas Rogaris and I have been in the mortgage industry for 19 years, My start in mortgage was in commercial lending for the first 10 years and these past 9 years I've been working in residential lending. Working in residential has been very fulfilling and I would say that my favorite part of being able to work with homebuyers is being able to go through the process with them and helping to explain each step of the way. I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers and make it a point to be very detailed and be always available to answer questions that my clients may have.

I believe that home is very important and working with first-time homebuyers, I know that this is a big step for them. They are making the transition to having a home where they themselves can start to build a family and memories. It is an important dream and decision that I don't take lightly and I use my loan structuring skills and knowledge to figure out all the options that are available to my client so that I can help them to get the best deal.

A bit into my personal life, I am a family man. I have 2 children and you would often find me at one of my kids sporting events on weekends. My daughter plays soccer and ice skates and my son plays hockey, baseball, and basketball. We are definitely a sports family and I personally love the Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls, Chicago White Sox, and Chicago Blackhawks. I am also passionate about traveling. I enjoy going on different vacations with my family each summer as we all get to experience new places and make new memories together.
