Kawonn Thomas is a Loan Officer and Investor. He is able to assist with all of your home financing, buying, selling, and investment needs. While Kawonn is a newer Loan Officer he isn't new to the mortgage or real estate world. With over a decade of mortgage experience with companies like Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Wintrust Mortgage, and loanDepot Kawonn is very knowledgeable when its comes to mortgages. As a young child he knew that he would touch many lives & positively impact the world. Coming from a real estate family where his mom has over 30+ years mortgage experience, Kawonn was born into the real estate world and cherishes the opportunity to bring luxury living to the inner city. His motto is "If you stay ready, you don't have to get ready"! Every venture Kawonn starts or participates in will always be centered around serving, inspiring, educating, building, and giving back.
