Jon has over 25 years in the mortgage industry as a licensed mortgage loan originator. For most of his career Jon lived and worked in CA, and three years ago he moved to NC to be closer to family. He has a passion for serving local communities and empowering individuals with home ownership opportunities, enabling them to prosper in their neighborhoods. For many years Jon held a CA real estate broker's license, but in the last ten years, he has worked exclusively as a specialist in mortgage to better serve the real estate agent community. He believes that home ownership is a fundamental part of a family's stability and financial independence, and he brings a wealth of experience, both in real estate and mortgage finance.
