Joe Freeman brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in real estate and finance to his role as Branch Manager with Success Lending. A licensed real estate salesperson since 2008, Joe has built his career on a deep understanding of the full property lifecycle—from perosnally purchasing and rehabbing, to analyzing multifamily cash flows, to representation of Buyers and Sellers and and strategic disposition. His background gives him a unique perspective that helps clients make informed, confident decisions at every stage of the lending process.

Known for his exceptional organization, promptness, and follow-through, Joe thrives on helping individuals and families navigate their financial journeys. With strong expertise in consumer finance and budgeting, he takes pride in turning complex challenges into clear, actionable steps.
