Hello, my name is Eddy Ramirez and I have been in the mortgage industry for 11 years. As a mortgage loan officer, one of my favorite parts of this job is being able to assist people in achieving their dreams of homeownership and getting to witness their genuine excitement. Within mortgage, I have a very diverse area in which I specialize. I am very skilled in FHA/VA/ and Conventional loans but I am also very good at building portfolios for clients for investment properties as well as DSCR programs.

I value the work I do and take pride in helping clients get their dream homes as I feel that a place to call home is so important as home is a place you build stability, warmth, and memories in. I got into Mortgage those many years ago because of what I just said. I get to help people obtain their lifelong goals from first time homebuying to upgrading to large properties due to family growth, all the way to a first time investor who eventually ends up with a portfolio of properties under their belt. I find what I do very exciting as each time, I am faced with something new and sometimes I get the fun challenge of a client who has been denied everywhere and I, with my guideline education, am able to think like the underwriters and make the loan work.

A little bit about me, I am a huge Heat/Dolphins fan and I love playing basketball. Sports are definitely something I thoroughly enjoy. Also I am a family man. I have two kids and I love to enjoy a great weekend of family activities. Family has always been important to me. One of my favorite desserts, in fact, is Tres Leches when made by my aunt or flan made by my mom. If I can't get my favorite family made desserts, a good slice of Key lime pie from Kermits in Key West will work too. Also, I am a foodie so I love to search for a new hole in the wall spots with great food. If you ever have a recommendation, I'd love to hear them.
