For the past 29 years, I have been fortunate to acquire a very diverse background in the mortgage industry. Belong to this industry has given me many opportunities to reach and affect people from all over the world because I am passionate about finding creative financing solutions for my clients, no matter how complex. CONVENTIONAL

Conventional loans allow for 3% down and typically are fixed in terms and rate. Usually, a good-to-great credit score is needed to get the lower rates featured with Conventional loans. (Mortgage insurance may be required on loans greater than 80% LTV and will increase your monthly payment).

FHA
