Hello! My name is Cheryl Newsom, I live in East Bay Area in California. With my background in real estate, construction and credit repair I possess a holistic understanding of the homebuying transaction and collaborate closely with my clients and realtor partners to ensure a seamless experience every step of the way. I make sure to help them with any and all questions that they have. Helping my clients is important to me because I know what buying a home can mean to them. For me, a home signifies new memories, a place of comfort, and a place for friends and family. If I can assist a client in achieving that feeling, it is all worth it.

A little into my personal life, if it wasn't clear, I love working. My weekends are usually filled with the showing homes but when I have my downtime, I do consider myself an avid reader. Reading is a fantastic way to take a break and relax. However, it can be made even better with a four-legged friend in my opinion. I have a golden retriever named Brayden who loves to keep me and my family company. In terms of academic accomplishments, I have my MBA which I am very proud of as well as a PMP. Lastly, if I am looking for a bit of excitement for my day, I will admit that I love when the Warriors are in season, it is always fun to watch them play.
