My background in home remodeling and real estate investing gives me a practical understanding of property value, renovation potential, and how real estate can build long term wealth. Because I am active as both a Realtor and a loan officer, I understand the process from multiple angles and can help clients anticipate issues, evaluate options, and make well informed decisions. I also serve as a commissioned Notary Public for added convenience.
