Hello, my name is Brittany Holliday and I have been in the mortgage industry for 1 1/2 years. I joined the industry back in December of 2020. Since joining the industry, one of my favorite parts of working with homebuyers has been helping people to fulfill their dreams as well as hearing peoples' stories, I have met many interesting people which makes the job all the more enriching for me. Since starting in mortgages, I have taught myself how to navigate ITIN loans as well as self-employed loans and I have, actually, grown to enjoy the self-employed loans. For me, they feel like a puzzle where you're piecing together bit of information and it's really gratifying work for me.
As I have developed as a loan officer, I have learned so much and I am honestly proud of the work I've done for my clients. I pride myself on being accessible and I make a promise to every client at the beginning of our relationship that if you have questions, call or text me at anytime. I will always respond ASAP. I love being able to assist my clients in finding their dream home because, as cliché as it is, home is where the heart is and if a client finds a home that they feel is the one for them, I want to do help make that home a reality.
Some background information into myself, weekends are for family. I spend most weekends hanging out with family but I can also be found doing things involving cars ( I spent up until 2020 in the automotive industry), or soaking up some quiet time. In terms of interests, I actually have ADHD which means hobbies change frequently but one that has been consistent over the years are cars. Currently, my husband and I have a Jeep-turned-rock Crawler, a ~600hp Mitsubishi Evo, and a ~600hp Mitsubishi Eclipse. Thankfully, he too shares a love for cars. Speaking of my husband, we are a happy family of five. I have 3 children. Well, fur children actually. I have 3 dogs that we've adopted. We have a Border Collie mix, a Pitbull mix, and a Great Dane/Anatolian Shepherd mix. I love them all dearly so I count them as our kids, what dog mom doesn't? They mean the world to us.
A few other interesting facts is that I lived on the East Coast (Florida, specifically) prior to meeting my husband and I now reside in Colorado. I support, as any good Coloradan does, the Broncos, Avs, and the Rockies. Also, something that I've come to enjoy, not perhaps from Colorado, but from my husband is finishing the best spots for Sushi. I'd never had it before I met my husband and now I love to find new places to try it. Colorado has some pretty great sushi places as well.
I look forward to the opportunity to work with you soon. Contact me today to get started!
