Hello, my name is Al Coven. I am married to my college sweetheart for over 35 years and have three sons and three granddaughters. FHA

FHA loans feature down payments as low as 3.5, low closing costs, and easier credit qualifications. Great for first time homebuyers! (Mortgage insurance may be required on loans greater than 80% LTV and will increase your monthly payment).

VA

VA loans are for those who have served or are currently serving in the Armed Forces. We are honored to serve you!

JUMBO

Go big or go…home! A jumbo loan can go up to seven figures, which works if you’re buying in a high-cost area or if you just want to go big.

USDA

Living in a rural-zoned area has its perks. Zero down, lower PMI, and competitive interest rate could help you down that country road.
